Judith Smithwick, RN, EPN, completed the Enhanced Practice for Nurse's Curriculum at the University of North Carolina. Judy has over 15 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology nursing, neonatal nursing, and labor and delivery. She also serves as a neonatal resuscitation instructor and breastfeeding awareness coordinator for our local community.
