Friday   9:00 am-12:00 pm

We strive to keep schedule changes to a minimum. Due to the urgent nature of obstetrical and gynecological care, occasionally it may be necessary for us to reschedule your appointment. Supplying us with several contact numbers enables us to give you as much notice as possible concerning any changes. If for any reason, you cannot keep your appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours notice.


PRESCRIPTION SERVICES

Requests for prescription refills are handled during our normal business hours. Please notify us of your request at least 24 hours in advance. Remember to monitor your supply carefully and account for weekends and holidays.

PAYMENT

Payment is expected when services are rendered. We accept all major credit cards or welcome your personal check. Because we understand that healthcare costs can be a financial hardship on your family, we also offer a payment plan through Care Credit. Care Credit helps to ease your burden of unpaid medical expenses by offering flexible and affordable monthly payments. By removing our staff from the collections process, we are able to fully concentrate on the quality of your care.

We will file a medical claim with your primary insurer upon receipt of your policy information. It is our policy to assist you in filing for most secondary coverages. However, due to recent changes in Medicaid reimbursement,
we no longer accept Medicaid as a secondary insurance.
